At Kosa sutra, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and in order to maintain quality standards, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy on Sale Products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Sale Products (Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable)

All products purchased under Sale, Discount, Offers, or Clearance are final sale.

Such products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Customers are requested to check product details carefully before making a purchase.

2. Regular Products

For non-sale products, returns will only be accepted in case of:

Wrong product delivered.

Product received in a damaged or defective condition.

In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video or clear photographs.

Once verified, we will either:

Send a replacement, or

Provide a store credit (valid for future purchases).

Note: Refunds are not allowed for reasons like size issues, minor color variation, or change of mind.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds will only be initiated in cases where replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and handling fees are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (for example: stock unavailability, payment issues). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Important Points to Remember

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address and contact details at the time of purchase.

Slight differences in color, texture, or weaving are natural in handcrafted textiles and will not be considered defects.

Products purchased during festive sales, clearance sales, or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
